What opportunities are available?

As an established programme, we offer accredited placements across the business for students that are required to participate in a placement scheme as part of their undergraduate degree. These placements start in late July for a duration of 12 months.

All of our placements are based in our Head Office in Pune, India.

What does a PAMILANO Intern get?

In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package – every Intern on the programme is assigned a mentor, offering support and guidance throughout their time at PAMILANO.

Our interns receive regular bite-sized training sessions focusing on personal and professional development as well as the opportunity to learn more about other departments and how we all fit together. We will even supply you with a selection of doughnuts and croissants for these breakfast sessions!

How to apply?

We would require you to send your resume at wecare@pamilano.com - remember you do need to be an undergraduate who is required to complete a 12-month placement for our placement year scheme. For Summer Interns, you will need to be in the penultimate year of your studies to be eligible.

Once you have shared your resume, if selected at this stage you will be invited to complete a video interview where you will be assessed on your role knowledge and have the opportunity to discuss your experience further.

Selected candidates will then be invited to a half-day Assessment Centre which could involve a combination of group exercises, individual tasks, presentations and interviews.
